The images below were used on GUMC’s Facebook page. Images are optimized for web and utilize brand colors, along with corresponding colors depending on the season (e.g. advent colors consist of purple).

For this video, I shot the video footage and photos, edited and added the music. Music was from a previously recorded advent service from 2020. Video/photos taken with iPhone 8 plus and iPhone 12 Pro Max.

At Elisa Ilana Jewelry, I was not only a graphic designer but I also managed tasks such as uploading PANDORA Co-op materials into their online site, sending materials off to the printer, ordering various materials that we used in the marketing department, and photo editing. The main source of advertising that I designed for was email marketing. Along with sending out emails, we also advertised in The Jewish Press, billboards in Omaha, InStore Magazine and other mediums throughout different times of the year.

While working at Emanuel Printing I had the opportunity to redesign their logo and brand. I also designed graduation and wedding invitations, brochures and various promotional materials for Emanuel Printing.

MUD RUN PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS
I was asked to do some marketing pieces for St. Michael’s, a school in Lincoln. They have an annual Mud Run to raise money.
For the design, I used photos that I had taken of mud and contrasted that with bright, bold colors. This was so fun to design! I could go outside of the box with composition. They didn’t have a certain design in mind already, so I was able to experiment in Photoshop to achieve the designs. The flyer design needed to be in black and white so they could print them at a lower cost. Along with the flyer, I also designed a poster, email blast image, and a fundraiser chart poster.

PILGER RE: CELEBRATION
I was a co-organizer for the Pilger RE: Celebration that the community of Pilger had in June 2015 (one year after the tornadoes). I helped another organizer with social media. I designed the marketing pieces that we used for that weekend. All the work that we did was pro bono, from the planning to the actual weekend itself. It was such a fun, stressful, rewarding weekend that helped my hometown. With all the generous donations that we received from sponsors and donors we were able to raise $6,782.56. The money raised went towards ongoing expenses and for operation of the Pilger Swimming Pool.
The background on the majority of the pieces are from old Pilger memorabilia and old Pilger newspaper clippings. Fortunately these pieces all survived the tornadoes and I was able to photograph these to use in the designs. The truck photos were giving to me by another co-organizer.

KRISTEN WEHNER JACOBSEN—LOGO DESIGN/BRANDING
These logo variations were designed for Kristen Wehner Jacobsen, a fourth generation realtor in the Omaha area. I was a freelance designer for Venn Market Strategies and the designer for this brand project, with guidance/supervision from Jodi Sunderman (Venn Market Strategies). Not only was a logo designed for Kristen, but also a brochure, flyer, marketing strategies booklet, business card, letterhead, envelope; along with a brand standards guide.
The logos above are horizontal (top) and vertical (bottom) options. The reason for a variation is flexibility for Kristen. She will be using these for a wide range of real estate pieces. Jodi and I wanted to give her the option to choose which one would fit better within the space she has for each piece. The colors that were chosen follow Kristen’s desire for a modern, fresh, new brand. There is also a navy option to work along with the NP Dodge logo. Gray worked better, and fit the brand, for Kristen’s name, title, and tagline rather than a black. Futura was chosen for the font because of its smooth, sleek lines and crisp angles.
